1. In what ways can I search for a holiday rental?

You can search in various ways in our database of holiday homes, apartments and bungalows:

Direct Search: by selecting one or more of the options (country, region, arrival date, number of persons and/or duration) in the search box on the homepage and then click on the "search" button. You are now on the search results page. Here you can view the accommodations by clicking on the object. You can also further reduce the number of search results by selecting more refine options.

Search by keyword: by choosing the "Keyword search" tab on the home page in the search box. You can search on any keyword. For example;  country name, region name, place or name of the accommodation. Keyword search also allows you to search with the supplier id of the accommodation.

Search on map: by choosing the tab on the home page in the search box "Search on the map". You can search using Google maps.

Browse: by choosing one of the topics on the homepage directly:

2. How do I know if a holiday rental is available?

The availability of a Holiday rental depends on a combination of factors. These factors are the "arrival date" and the "duration". In all cases, whenever you enter an "arrival date" and/or the "duration" we will only show available accommodations that meet your selection. There are several ways to search for available holiday homes, apartments and bungalows:

  • By selecting in the search box an "arrival date" as well as the "duration". In the search results you will only find accommodations that are available within the week of the "arrival date" and for the selected "duration".
  • By selecting in the search box an "arrival date". In the search results you will only find accommodations that are available within the week the "arrival date" and for the default "duration" of one week (7 nights).
  • By selecting in the search box a "duration" In the search results you will only find accommodations that are available for the selected "duration".

Of course you can also view the availability per accommodation by looking at the calender on the "price and availability" tab on the product page. On the calendar you can see at a glance whether an accommodation is available, not available or is on offer.

3. How can I book a holiday rental?

Book direct online: Select a Holiday rental and then go to the calendar on the "price and availability" tab. Here you select a combination of "arrival date" and "duration" that meets your needs. For each combination of "arrival date" and "duration" we show you the rental price. If you  click on "Continue" the booking pages will open. On the booking page you will enter your personal details and you can select a payment method. You will be asked to accept the rental conditions of the provider before you can confirm the booking.

Book by phone: It is also possible to book a holiday rental by phone. First, make sure the accommodation you have selected is available for the desired arrival date. You can call the the customer service of the provider of the accommodation directly to make the booking. At every accommodation we show you the contact details of the customer service of the provider as well as the id under which the property is known to the provider.

4. Do I receive confirmation of my booking?

Book direct online: Once your online booking is successfully processed we will send you a confirmation email with the following information:

  • The number / id of booking
  • The contact details of the provider of the accommodation

You will receive final confirmation of the booking together with the rental agreement and payment information directly from the provider.

Book on request: Once your booking request is succesfully processed we will send you a confirmation email with the following information:

  • The contact details of the provider of the accommodation

You will receive final confirmation of your booking on request together with the rental agreement and payment information directly from the provider.

5. I did not receive my booking confirmation email?

It can happen that the automatic booking confirmation email that is sent to you unfortunately ends up in your spam filter. You can prevent this, by adding  underneath mentioned email adress to the address book of your mail program.

If you definitely have not received your booking conformation email please send us an email citing your:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • ID of the accommodation you wish to book
  • Name of the provider of the accommodation you wish to book
  • Desired day of arrival and duration

6. With whom do I close a deal when booking a holiday rental?

The rental agreement that is the result of your booking is always closed directly between you and the provider of the accommodation.   Accoweb International B.V. is not a contracting party in the rental agreement that is established (via an Accoweb website) between the customer and the provider of the accommodation.

7. How accurate is the availability information of an accommodation?

Accoweb International BV has developed XML connections with all providers of holiday rentals with whom it has a cooperation with. For all these providers we update at least 1 x per 24 hours all price and availability information. Therefore on our website on the search results page and product page you will always find accurate availability and price information. However, this availability and pricing information on these pages is not real-time.

When you want to book an accommodation you have to use our real-time booking pages. The availability and pricing information on the booking pages is real-time and always in sync with the availability and price information from the provider of the accommodation. A possible consequence of this situation is that there may arise  differences between the availability and pricing information within the website on the search results page and product pages on the one hand and on the booking pages on the other hand. When a difference in availability or price information occurs on the booking pages you will be notified automatically and you will be asked to accept these differences.

8. I have a question about my booking?

If you have a question about your booking we advise you to ask your question directly to the provider of the accommodation  (by Email or by phone) where you have made your booking. In the booking confirmation email that we have sent to you we listed the customer service contact details of the provider.

9. I have a question about a specific accommodation?

If you have a question about a specific accommodation we advise you ask your question directly to the provider of accommodation (by Email or by phone). On our website we list the customer service contact details of the provider at the bottom of the product page for each accommodation.
